I tried making my signature baked goods with another flour while i waited for this to arrive in the mail and it was just not the same. This flour is the perfect blend that can be used on a 1:1 ratio when compared to normal flours. I don't imagine ever using another flour!
this mix makes great biscuits. Been look for a GF recipe for a few months.l
