Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
I entered the world of gluten free baking about a year ago. The first brand of gluten free flour I tried (I don't remember which one) was less than satisfactory. A friend gave me some products from Bloomfield Farms. The flour was exactly what I needed, and the taste and texture of my baked items are comparable to the same items made with wheat flour. I cannot tell the difference in some recipes (a pizza crust with Italian seasoning in it and chocolate chip cookies). Other recipes have subtle differences (pancakes and biscuits), but the end result is satisfying and delicious. Thank you so much for this product.
