Bulk Gluten Free All Purpose Mix (25 LB Bag)

I am an avid hobby baker and cook with celiac and I go through a lot of flour. This is the best blend at the best price that I’ve found! When I run out I end up buying small bags of other brands from the grocery stores and am never as satisfied as I am with this one!

This is the best gluten-free flour I've found to make Irish Soda Bread. I had to modify the recipe a bit using a little less flour and a little more milk, but the bread bakes up marvelously delicious. I also use this product to make cookies and muffins. I am very happy with the new, recloseable packaging.

I've been buying a bag every year and storing it large plastic bins in the freezer. This keeps it fresh while letting me take advantage of the bulk pricing This a great start for gluten free baking. The constantly is middle the road enough that it is really easy to adjust the texture of the finish products. For example if I'm going for a crisp cookie I just need to add a some rice flour along with the normal uping the suger and butter. Excellent quality and great blend. Like other gluten-free flour be sure to not pack the measuring cups. Recipes try not perfect.

I was dignosed with Celiac back in two thousand six. Was in coma for four days.was hard to find a good flour back then . Then i was told about this brand . I use this flour all the time now to make my bread. It already has xatham gum in it so you dont have to buy it extra. Its cheaper to buy twenty five pound from here than to purchase same amount from the store. And you pay more. Only thing I wish there was a coupon for so much off once in a while but I have bought for a long time now. Love being able to get gluten free flour
