I like this Flour cause I add Pancake mix with it and the yeast to make my bread and it turns out better than with any other bread.Also good for pies, cakes, cookies, gravy etc. Only thing I dont like is the cost. Too expensive wish there was a discount when you buy in bulk

I cook and bake everyday for my family. My husband, daughter and granddaughter are sensitive to gluten. This flour allows me to make breads, cakes, pie crusts, gravy, and just anything that would be made with regular flour. It is the perfect mix, texture, taste and weight for everything that I have cooked or baked with it.

We started using Bloomfield flour this past year for my son who has celiac disease. It is the best flour for baking. It’s delicious!
