Best Gluten Free Flour!

I've been using this flour for years and it is my absolute favorite. Great price for great quality gluten free flour!

GF Bread and Biscuits

Making gf bread is a learning curve; batter fares better than dough. This flour is similar to Pillsbury's best, which I prefer to King Arthur's GF flour. Makes a fluffy and airy bread with a nice crispy crust. Great for "biscuits" or ciaobatta style sandwhiches. I am very pleased and will purchase again!
