    GF Bread and Biscuits

    Making gf bread is a learning curve; batter fares better than dough. This flour is similar to Pillsbury's best, which I prefer to King Arthur's GF flour. Makes a fluffy and airy bread with a nice crispy crust. Great for "biscuits" or ciaobatta style sandwhiches. I am very pleased and will purchase again!

    This gluten free flour blend is amazing! It mixes up into wonderful cakes, cookies, muffins, donuts etc without any of the grittiness that often accompanies gluten free flour blends. It tastes delicious, has a great texture and is very affordable when purchased in bulk!

    Thank goodness I found this flour online. I was paying $7.00 a pound for gluten free flour here in Hawaii. This is a never fail product. Baked goods always come out delicious. And the customer service is the best. I am a forever customer!
