I am so thankful to find Bloomfield Farms Baking Mix. A diagnosis of Celiac can be devastating. Then you think what can I fix my husband to eat and feel your world is turned upside down. I baked a lot using wheat flour before my husband received his diagnosis of Celiac. I tried many different gluten free flour and products that just did not work. I used your mix and continue to bake cookies and cakes from scratch just like before. I get rave reviews using your Bloomfield Farm Baking Mix, actually they don't even know its gluten free. I've tried many GF flours over the years. Like a mad scientist I've mixed numerous batches looking for the magic blend. I've bought expensive pre-mades that got thrown out. Not Bloomfield! This stuff is wonderful! Cookies, cakes, gravies, it does it all and my family eats it!! No more complaints or throwing out food because it tastes dry, gritty or just plain nasty. That's why this order is for 25 lbs it's worth every penny and I'll use every ounce.

I have used this flour for years as this is the only flour mix that my wife and kids (who do not have celiac disease) enjoy. I bake cookies, pizza crust, bread sticks, biscuits, etc. and everything turns out great. There is no bitter taste or bad after taste. Baking GF is difficult, however, having this mix as a staple has brought joy back in my life!

I use this product for baking cookies, cakes and breads. It works well and I have been using it for over a year. Price points are good too, as gluten free flours can be pricey.

We love this all purpose flour! Since becoming gluten free after my celiacs diagnosis in 2009 this is literally the best flour we have found to make anything!
