Great quality, great price
I have been using this flour for the past year and I am LOVING the consistency and mild flavor. I do not make gluten free foods for health reasons but have switched over because I love the way my baked goods turn out with this flour. Only negative is the size of the bag—I wish there were a more ergonomic way to package this and that it was easier to open.
