Gluten Free Flour for Bread
I like this Flour cause I add Pancake mix with it and the yeast to make my bread and it turns out better than with any other bread.Also good for pies, cakes, cookies, gravy etc. Only thing I dont like is the cost. Too expensive wish there was a discount when you buy in bulk

Very Versatile
I cook and bake everyday for my family. My husband, daughter and granddaughter are sensitive to gluten. Great Flour
My wife was diagnosed with celiac disease and has been using Bob's Red Mill flour 1to1 about the only affordable gluten free flour you can find in the store. Found this a couple of weeks ago and bought a 25lb bag(she likes to bake). She made cookies this past weekend with your flour, best cookie we've had since the discovery of her disease. Thank you for the great product at an affordable price and the smile on her face.

I like this flour especially for making bread. Only thing is I hate is having to pay so much for shipping. once in a while which you discount shipping for a person. When you have to have certain items why cost so much just to have or get never understood which other stores could carry in bulk

Love the option to by in bulk, I divide and put extra in freezer to keep fresh. I bake a lot and have never been disappointed with this flour. Highly recommend this flour for the GF person.

Best G.F. Flour!
We use the mix for waffles, pb cookies, brownies, pizza and so much more. I use a cup for cup measurement and the food tastes great.
