Bulk Gluten Free All Purpose Mix (25 LB Bag)

I've used this product going on at least 7 years. It took a little tweaking on some recipes, but that wasn't all that hard. I wish the shipping didn't cost as much.

I recently ran out of this mix, and used another brand given to me as a gift, also a 1-for-1 flour mix. I was baking a nut bread with the other brand - a fail safe recipe too - and using the other GF mix, it came out as a “fail.” So, I restocked with Bloomfield and bought the 25lb mix bag so I don’t run out again! Take it from a baker, this is the best one to use for your GF baking needs!

I have had to be gulten free for 16yrs now due to my husband and kids having celiac and have tried a lot of gluten free flours and this one is one of the best by far love it tastes wonderful and is easy to use

This is my all-time favorite gluten-free flour. I've been gluten free for 10 years and have tried just about everything. This has the best texture of all the flours I've ever used. I can make pasta, bread, cookies, etc and it all turns out fabulous.

I entered the world of gluten free baking about a year ago. The first brand of gluten free flour I tried (I don't remember which one) was less than satisfactory. A friend gave me some products from Bloomfield Farms. The flour was exactly what I needed, and the taste and texture of my baked items are comparable to the same items made with wheat flour. I cannot tell the difference in some recipes (a pizza crust with Italian seasoning in it and chocolate chip cookies). Other recipes have subtle differences (pancakes and biscuits), but the end result is satisfying and delicious. Thank you so much for this product.

This flour has a great texture and bakes up like regular wheat flour! No one can tell my baked goods are gluten free unless I tell them!

I bake for a living and this is the only GF flour I will use. I recommend it to most of my customers and anyone that asks what type of flour I use. I have used thos exclusively for 3 yrs. Highly recommend.
