I bought this as an alternative to BRM 1 to 1 flour. This has a sweeter taste, but is slightly more grainy. We've used it to make hamburger buns, cake, and gravy so far. Overall this is a good wheat-free, corn-free alternative. We store our extra in a food safe 5 gallon bucket with twist lid.
I was really nervous about buying such a large amount of GF flour before ever trying it, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, especially for the price. It is actually the best flour we have found for the bread machine recipe we use! My young daughters with celiac are so happy to have yummy bread again after such a long time!
