We have six people in our family that eat gluten free. We have all tried many different types of gluten free flour and this one is the absolute best! My daughter makes pancakes, cookies, cakes and other treats and they turn out wonderful with this flour.

Love the flour

So the flour is great! I have used it for a couple of years now and it is almost a direct replacement for baking flour in most of the recipes I use. (I got to add a bit more water) What I didn't like however, was that I couldn't order 200lbs. Also one of the three boxes my order came in was open. Looked like UPS just didn't know how not to bust open the box. The flour was still in its bags and sealed so that was good!

I have been using this flour for the past year and I am LOVING the consistency and mild flavor. I do not make gluten free foods for health reasons but have switched over because I love the way my baked goods turn out with this flour. Only negative is the size of the bag—I wish there were a more ergonomic way to package this and that it was easier to open.
