This is one of the best gluten free products I have bought and the corn muffins taste like good old fahioned muffins. It is fast and easy to make. Just add some canned or frozen corn and enjoy.

I cook for a family with all sorts of dietary restrictions. I made this with an egg substitute. The result was cholesterol free and very low fat. Fantastic! Everyone was looking for seconds.
