A few tweaks I had to add: I looked up the recipe on the box on Bloomfield's website, by zooming in. I find that it's better with 1/4 C molasses or a bit of brown sugar. Otherwise, lovely.

No one can tell it's gluten free. Muffins or fried, either way, awesome. Love love love
