This by far is my favorite gluten free pizza crust! There are so many different ones on the market now, but they either lack the simplicity or the texture of this mix. When looking for a gluten free pizza crust mix, I don’t want a mix that has to set and rise for thirty minutes, and I don’t want one that is tough. This one works best prepared on one of the air pans (with small holes in the bottom) and baked for a few minutes before adding the toppings.
