SUPER EASY Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies

What you will need:

1 box of Bloomfield Farms Cookie Mix

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp water

1 stick of butter (softened)

Bag of Hershey Kisses

Mini muffin tin

1. Preheat over at 350 degrees 

2. Mix the egg, vanilla water, and softened butter in a medium size bowl.

3. Slowly add the Bloomfield Farms Cookie Mix and stir

4. Spray your mini muffin tin with cooking spray (make sure this is GF, sometimes they contain flour!)

5. Roll a small amount of dough with your hand and add to each tin (do not mold around edges)

6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

7. Let cookies cool (but not harden)

8. Press Hershey Kiss onto each cookie while still in tin
